Included below are a few examples of my video work. I can provide more samples upon requests, including of communications products.
1. Leveraged a Public Television collaboration to expand employee ownership among women- and minority-owned businesses nationwide
Money is used to support women- and minority-owned business to learn about and transition to employee ownership and deepen inclusive cultures within employee-owned companies.
Videos reached millions of people across the country, sharing the message that employee ownership and building a culture of inclusion both good for people and good for business!
2. Supported fundraising efforts and grew audience using video storytelling and targeted social media for global nonprofit

I worked with producers of the Public Television show Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid, who wanted to feature Panagora Group in a short documentary showcasing the company’s commitment employee ownership and an inclusive culture.
They explained their typical process, which is to produce a 3-5 minute video that is aired on Public Television and lives on their website and a 1-min commercial that is distributed on national and regional networks for a month or more. They offered to include a “call to action” in the longer video, which was a major opportunity. As a female leader of a successful social enterprise dedicated to improving the lives of people around the world, Panagora’s CEO wanted to use this opportunity to create a lasting impact. We brainstormed with two professional associations in the employee ownership community, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and the Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX).
Through these discussions, we developed the NCEOX Inclusivity Fund, which we established to support women- and minority-owned businesses transition to employee ownership and deepen DEI programs within ESOP companies (the ESOP, or Employee Stock Ownership Plan, model is a form of employee ownership). This would become our call to action in the video, to support this fund. We successfully raised money to support the fund and the video lives on as part of the web page on the NCEO site to showcase Panagora's story.
Video storytelling and strategic social media messaging helped drive traffic to Seeds of Peace's website, resulting in a large increase in visitors, successful donor engagement, and awareness building.
Helped nonprofit achieve fundraising goals by creating tailored videos for galas and targeted audiences. Supported critical donor engagement through storytelling and outreach, helping the organization reach even more people by cross-posting.
As video producer and communications specialist for Seeds of Peace, a global nonprofit focused on conflict resolution in the Middle East, South Asia, and the U.S., I helped the organization significantly improve audience engagement.
In addition to increasing engagement, my storytelling work helped to make donor, participant, and supporter touch points more meaningful, leading to increased awareness, fundraising success and opportunities, and program impact.
